Excellent Spa Experience

Exquisite Dining Options

I was thoroughly impressed by the food selection at the Fairmont Mayakoba. The dinners were an experience in themselves, especially at El Puerto where the food quality was excellent. I enjoyed delicious, fresh seafood and stunning desserts. Every meal was a delight, and I can confidently say this is one of the best places for food lovers!

Fun for Kids

As a family traveling with my two young kids, the children's amenities at Fairmont Mayakoba were a big hit. My kids were able to enjoy a fantastic kids club with plenty of engaging activities. It was a real lifesaver, allowing us some downtime while our children had a blast exploring and playing!

Luxurious Room Experience

Our canal-facing Signature Casita was absolutely lovely! It was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the wildlife from the balcony. The attention to detail in the room, including high-end amenities, made our stay exceptionally comfortable and nice. I would definitely recommend upgrading to this type of accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, celebrating our 28th anniversary in a beautiful and luxurious environment. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was truly exceptional, making our experience memorable. However, there were some issues with noise disturbances and a few service inconsistencies that could be improved. The dining options were decent but could benefit from more variety, especially for an all-inclusive package.
