Excellent Food Experience

I was blown away by the dining options at Fairmont Mayakoba. In particular, dinner at Puerto was a standout, with options like Hamachi marinated sashimi and tempura shrimp that were out of this world. La Laguna's breakfast buffet offered a made-to-order quesadilla station that became my morning favorite. Having the ability to enjoy so many different cuisines during our stay made each meal a delight!

Relaxing Spa Experience

The spa at Fairmont Mayakoba was a true oasis. I indulged in a massage that was nothing short of really good. The relaxing ambiance, combined with professional service, left me feeling revitalized. The separate men’s and women’s areas, each equipped with their own sauna and steam room, added to the overall serene experience.

Perfect for Family Fun

Amazing Beachfront Casita

We stayed in a beachfront casita suite and it was simply fabulous! The spacious room had sliding doors leading to the living space, which felt perfect for our family. The private rooftop patio and plunge pool were the cherry on top, allowing us to unwind in the evenings under the stars. Guest privacy was great with no foot traffic around – it truly felt like our own slice of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, celebrating our 28th anniversary in a beautiful and luxurious environment. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was truly exceptional, making our experience memorable. However, there were some issues with noise disturbances and a few service inconsistencies that could be improved. The dining options were decent but could benefit from more variety, especially for an all-inclusive package.
